Friday, 22 below zero and suddenly the heat stops working at 10:00pm. I called at least 5 “Emergency Service” Heating agencies planning on taking the first one to call back. I receive one call, from Boyce & Drake Heating and Cooling. I ask about a new furnace, and 6 hours later I have a new furnace, with air. The basement is clean as a whistle and they’re gone and I have heat. I have to say I was more than satisfied with their response and their work.
